Frequently Asked Questions

How do I earn points?

You earn points automatically every time you shop. Simply place an order and the points are added to your account — no codes, no extra steps. You can also earn bonus points through referrals and special promotions.

How do I redeem my points?

When you’ve collected enough points, you can convert them into a money‑off coupon directly from your account dashboard. Just hit Redeem, choose how many points you want to use, and your discount is ready to apply at checkout. Easy, instant, and rewarding.

Do my points expire?

Your points stay active for 180 days, giving you plenty of time to redeem them whenever it feels right for you. We want your wellness journey to feel supported, not rushed.
