If your parcel is visually damaged on arrival, you can refuse the parcel if you have met with your delivery driver. The goods will then be directly returned to us. You will then need to contact our Customer Services department at
[email protected] as soon as possible, and we will (at your preference) either resend your goods or offer you a refund, once we have received the package back into our depot. Details of our returns policy are available here.
